Founded in Sialkot
Dutiful began as a small family trading business in Sialkot, Pakistan, supplying materials and components to local leather and sports goods makers.
First Industrial Clients
Our reputation for honest dealing and on-time delivery brought our first long-term partnerships with footwear and leather goods factories.
Dutiful Traders Established
We launched Dutiful Traders to specialise in leather perforation. It gave manufacturers precise, consistent patterns for footwear, automotive and fashion leather.
First Production Unit
We opened our first dedicated production facility, which gave us full control over quality, capacity and lead times.
Export Expansion
We began exporting directly to buyers in Europe and the Middle East and built relationships that continue to this day.
Dutiful Boards Launched
We entered the kitchenware market with Dutiful Boards, producing durable cutting boards for retail, hospitality and private-label customers.
Modern Machinery & Quality Systems
We invested in new machinery and formal quality control processes to meet the standards of international brands.
Working Gloves Division
Building on our leather expertise, we started manufacturing working gloves designed for industrial, construction and safety use.
Flexlock Introduced
We launched Flexlock, our hook and loop fastening brand, supplying industrial, garment, footwear and packaging manufacturers.
Expanded Product Range
Flexlock grew to include elastic, fire-resistant, adhesive, injection and same-side hook and loop, along with cable ties.

We introduced a full colour card of over 400 shades, which allows customers to match any brand or product requirement.
